

You are cordially invited to the 3rd Annual Bayanihan Cultural Festival which is a one-day only cultural street festival on September 25, 2011 in Woodside, New York from 10:00 AM to 6 PM. Bayanihan Cultural Festival is a project of Philippine Forum that promotes, revives and genuinely represents the Bayanihan fortitude of Filipino Americans in the heart of the Filipino community in the state of New York.
The Bayanihan Cultural Festival intends to serve as a kick-off for the Filipino-American Heritage Month in October. Also on this day, the week-long Bayanihan Restaurant Week, in cooperation with Filipino restaurants in Queens, will be launched.
The festival will feature a basketball exhibition, children’s corner with Filipino games, story-telling, and face painting, free health screening and free legal and immigration consultations, mural-making, arts and crafts bazaar, food bazaar, community organizations and many more!
